True Form Flooring
Website and enquiry information
About using this website and requesting our services.
Contact the business
This website is operated by True Form Flooring Ltd. Our showroom is at 88A Long Street, Atherstone, CV9 1AP. Contact sales@trueformflooring.co.uk or 01827 908091. Showroom opening hours are Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00; closed on Sunday.
Enquiries and appointments
Sending a form requests a response from our team. It does not place an order, take payment or confirm an appointment. We will agree availability and confirm a measure with you directly. Preferred dates and times are requests only.
Products and quotations
Images help illustrate products and our work. Screens and lighting can affect their appearance, so check physical samples before choosing a colour or finish. Availability, product suitability, measurements, specification, price and fitting arrangements will be confirmed with you before an order is agreed.
Your consumer rights
This page is website information, not a replacement for the terms supplied with a quotation or order. Applicable order, payment, cancellation and fitting terms should be provided before you agree to buy. Nothing on this website removes your statutory consumer rights.
Help and complaints
If a form or page is difficult to use, call or email us and we can help with your enquiry another way. For a complaint about our service, contact sales@trueformflooring.co.uk with the relevant job or enquiry details and the outcome you are seeking.
